The Library is a focal point of the school, rich in resources for both students and teachers. The full-time librarian manages an impressive collection of books, periodicals, reference materials, videotapes and other learning materials, including the three multimedia computers with Internet access for student research.

We have a networked library card catalog system and use the Accelerated Reader Program software based system throughout the school.

The librarian coordinates with classroom teachers to integrate classroom library time with current classroom units. The objectives for each grade progress from fostering appreciation for books via storytime to becoming familiar with the organization of the library and mastering of basic reference skills.
