The Society of the Sisters Faithful Companions of Jesus established, own and oversee the operation of St. Philomena School. This international order of Roman Catholic Sisters live in Asia, Australia, Europe and the Americas. The general leadership is headquartered in Kent, England. St. Philomena School is a part of the Province of the Americas of the FCJ Society. Provincial and local leadership are provided by the Sisters FCJ.

The Board of Trustees is made up of volunteers appointed by the Sisters FCJ to serve and work exclusively for the greater good of the school. Their task is to govern the affairs and business of the Corporation.
