Volunteers

For those parents and family members who wish to volunteer on field trips, as coaches or more directly alongside our students, please submit the following information to the main office to help ensure child safety at our school:

• Familiarize yourself with the Background Check Process
• Complete a Background Check Form and provide it, in person, at the mail office
• Bring a copy of the front and back of your ID to Mrs. McEvoy in the main office to be notarized (or return notarized form with copy of front and back of ID)
• Watch the "Protecting our Children" Training Video
• Return a signed copy of the Safe Environment Sign-In Form to the main office
